Use of parish facilities is limited to parish sponsored/ministry events. Facilities are not available for rent. Only staff members or parish ministry leaders may use the following request process. Any questions about this policy should be directed to the Parish Pastoral Director in the main office (480) 899-1990.
To make a request for space and to add a parish event to our Parish Resource Calendar, please follow the directions below.
1. Contact your staff member ministry liaison to discuss your ministry plans.
2. Email an event request form with all requested information to the staff member ministry liaison.
3. Note any alternative dates that will or will not work in the "memo" section.
4. Also attach a completed event setup form with a description of setup or diagram as well as any additional parish resources that will be needed. We request that this form accompany the event request form.
Once your staff liaison receives both forms for your event(s), the calendar will be checked and staff will be consulted for approval. You will be contacted when your event is scheduled and approved. In the event that there are conflicts or for some reason your event can not be scheduled, your liaison will explore alternatives with you.
Please know that it is our goal to accommodate all of our ministries when space is needed for meetings and special gatherings however because of our parish size and the number of parish ministries there are times when flexibility is needed to accommodate a request. Advance planning on the part of staff and ministries is crucial to ensuring that our parish facilities are utilized for the benefit all the work we do here in service of the Lord.
